Just in: Virginia state Senator Louise Lucas has been indicted by a federal grand jury.
Attorney General Blanche says the Democrat put her own financial interests ahead of the people she was elected to serve. The charges are serious. The timing is worse.
Lucas has spent years telling everyone that “nobody is above the law.” Turns out she may have meant everybody except the people writing the checks to her.
